Doing good for men’s health is its own reward. But we’ve got a few incentives for you:

  • The first 500 riders to raise £10 get the new Movember cycling cap.
  • Hit £100 and you’ll score a Movember water bottle.
  • Push it all the way to £300 and we’ll hook you up with a coveted Movember cycling jersey.
  • Those who go reach an epic £500 will enter Movember’s Platinum Club, which comes with a host of VIP perks.

Join the likes of 14-year Mo Bro and Movember Sports Ambassador James ‘Jimbo’ Pocock. Not content with the challenge to cycle almost 100 miles in a week, he decided to do it EVERY DAY for seven days in the summer of 2021 (over 1,000kms).

“Cycling has helped me cope with mental health issues, connect with other guys, and build a support network. Through my cycling challenges and ambassador role with Movember, I’ve been encouraged to talk about my mental health and get support.”

Jimbo embodies everything Movember is about – starting lifesaving conversations, hitting the road for your mental health, and for the mental health of others.

Sign up with Jimbo on the Cycle 100 and gather your crew around you.

Movember supports all individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community, including those who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual. Health disparities exist, with LGBTQIA+ individuals experiencing higher rates of mental health issues and discrimination, often exacerbated by stigma in healthcare. We advocate for the right to self-identify, protection from discrimination, inclusive education, and rights-affirming healthcare, ensuring everyone can lead a healthy, dignified life.

Movember acknowledge the many and varied experiences of people navigating their health and wellbeing, those who support them and those who came before us whose stories, struggles and strength have shaped what we know. We recognise those who have generously shared their knowledge and wisdom with us and honour those we have lost too soon. Their knowledge, insight and expertise are essential to improving the design, delivery and evaluation of the work that we do and their experiences remind us why this work matters.
