Pringles and Movember: Scan the Mo and get talking about Mental Health

Pringles and Movember have joined forces again to get people talking when times are tough. Look out for Pringles packs, where Mr P’s iconic moustache has been transformed into a QR code.

Since 2020, Pringles and Movember have joined forces to get people talking when times are tough, and give people the confidence to start difficult conversations.

Pringles is often at the centre of social occasions where friends and family come together. Moments that can have a positive impact on people's emotional wellbeing. Pringles' social cause program builds on that positive impact by engaging as many people as possible in mental wellbeing conversations.

This year, for the first time ever, the Movember partnership is on Pringles packs. Mr P’s iconic moustache has been transformed into a QR code that people can scan, taking them to the Movember Conversations tool to access useful advice from Movember on how to approach difficult conversations. Look out for a can in a store near you.

Movember supports all individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community, including those who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual. Health disparities exist, with LGBTQIA+ individuals experiencing higher rates of mental health issues and discrimination, often exacerbated by stigma in healthcare. We advocate for the right to self-identify, protection from discrimination, inclusive education, and rights-affirming healthcare, ensuring everyone can lead a healthy, dignified life.

Movember acknowledge the many and varied experiences of people navigating their health and wellbeing, those who support them and those who came before us whose stories, struggles and strength have shaped what we know. We recognise those who have generously shared their knowledge and wisdom with us and honour those we have lost too soon. Their knowledge, insight and expertise are essential to improving the design, delivery and evaluation of the work that we do and their experiences remind us why this work matters.

Movember Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
