Arman is a Toronto-based professional and perpetual Mo Bro who is using his creativity to raise funds for men’s health. A natural funny-man and connector, he has leveraged his unique talents, and his network, to support Movember this year.
On his own mental health journey, one which has included both tough and positive moments, Arman has learned the importance of normalizing mental health. He knows that the conversations he creates during Movember do just that.
“It’s important for men to recognize that it’s okay to be upset and feel down but recognize when you need to get help or chat with someone,” says Arman, reflecting on his personal experience with mental health issues.
