Arete Sport Supports the Mental Health of Youth Lacrosse Players
Arete Sports Movember
Our partner Arete Sport is excited to kick off a mental health campaign through lacrosse programming and an online Movember shop. Lacrosse players ranging from 14-17 years old will come together under the name “Team Movember” and compete at events around the United States. Along with teams, Arete Sport will host the Movember Winter Invitational which will bring teams together for an event focused on mental health awareness.
In addition to Movember teams, parents and players can purchase fan apparel on the Arete Sport online shop under Movember Collections. The collection is open to all Movember supporters with 20% of purchase from select products being donated to the cause.
Arete Sport understands the influence coaches and professional athletes have on youth athletes. By providing an environment focused on mental health awareness, young athletes will understand how mental health impacts men of all ages and backgrounds. Along with awareness, players will join other individuals who are eager to support Movember programming.
