Ready, set, Mo! with Supplement King Canada

Movember x Supplement Kings

Movember

So, you’ve decided to bust a MOVE for Movember? As Canada’s leader in sports nutrition, Supplement King knows a thing or two about health and fitness and we’ve teamed up to get Canada moving for Movember. Check out our pointers to get you Mo-ing!

Set A Goal

Commit to walking or running 60 kms over the month. That’s 60 kms for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour, every hour. Call on friends and family to back you with a donation and keep you motivated while you sweat to change the face of men’s health.

Connect Your Fitness Tracker

There’s one foolproof way to stay fired up in hot pursuit of your target: connect your fitness app to your Mo Space. Track your progress and easily share updates to inspire donations.

Mark Your Milestones

Set up a mid-month milestone to work towards and make it known when you hit it. Send an email to your network to show you’ve made it this far. Don’t forget to include your Mo Space link, and maybe even a sweaty selfie.

Rest, Recover and Celebrate

When you’ve officially clocked 60 km for men’s health head on over to https://www.supplementking.ca/ to stock up on Canada’s largest sport nutrition selection of everything you need to hydrate, refuel, recover and more.

Our partners at Supplement King are leading the industry in sport nutrition, with the mission of helping Canadians improve, achieve, and create better health and fitness. We’re thrilled to have Supplement King on board this year as a partner with a heroic goal of raising CA$100,000 to change the face of men’s health. Movember supports all individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community, including those who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual. Health disparities exist, with LGBTQIA+ individuals experiencing higher rates of mental health issues and discrimination, often exacerbated by stigma in healthcare. We advocate for the right to self-identify, protection from discrimination, inclusive education, and rights-affirming healthcare, ensuring everyone can lead a healthy, dignified life.

Movember acknowledge the many and varied experiences of people navigating their health and wellbeing, those who support them and those who came before us whose stories, struggles and strength have shaped what we know. We recognise those who have generously shared their knowledge and wisdom with us and honour those we have lost too soon. Their knowledge, insight and expertise are essential to improving the design, delivery and evaluation of the work that we do and their experiences remind us why this work matters.

Movember Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
