Our Motivation

This is the third year that the University of Birmingham Medical School Football Club are taking part and raising money for the Movember Foundation. In a world with COVID-19 people are becoming more isolated and suffering with their mental health as a result. Alongside this, charities are taking a hit, highlighting just how significant Movember is this year. At UBMSFC, we want to give support and show our solidarity for such an important cause.

We joined the cause initially in support of our friends and colleagues at the UBMS Rugby Club who had to deal with a tragic incident surrounding the topic of mental health. It is critical that we stay connected and look out for each other through these turbulent times.
