Make this Movember’s Move challenge a team effort.

Whether you’re running, walking or splitting the distance between you, moving together makes the kilometres — and the conversations — easier.
Moving with others not only makes the kilometres that bit easier, but the benefits of moving together are unmatched.
Physical activity reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety, enhances brain health, and can improve overall well-being. And strong social connections can lead to better health and longer life.* Moving together benefits the body and mind and builds vital connections with others.
So why not move this Movember as a team?
Globally, one man takes his own life every minute, of every day. That’s 60 men we lose every hour who should still be here today.
You can take on 60km each or share the target between you. Or choose your own target to reach as a team.
Moving together gives you a pretty good excuse to talk about the things we don’t always talk about.
You don’t need to have all the answers or suddenly become the health expert on your team. As a Move Team Captain, sometimes the most useful thing you can do is simply create an opening.
A quick check-in during a walk or run with your teammates. That’s often where the good stuff starts.
Every step and every conversation can make a difference
