Many thanks to my friend John for donating to Movember this week!

Thanks also to everyone who liked, supported, and cheered. My campaign has so far raised $641.20 for Movember, through my Movember and MoMiler raceroster pages - ALL BECAUSE OF YOU ❤️. This has already surpassed my $500 goal! However, my physical activity is at 173km - I have four days left to complete 7 more kms to meet my goal. Will you join me in a big finish by donating what you can to men's health while I walk and run to 180km?

Big thanks to my colleague Elaine who supports Movember time and again!

My sincere thanks to my colleagues Vivian and Mandeep and my out-of-province NBR friend Scott for their support over the last few days.
I'm proud to report I completed the 5k MoMiler race at which I also volunteered. It was a great evening of women and men coming together to run for a great cause. I timed myself at 23:40. The official photo by Ty Holtan shows me running hard.
But this isn't it. I'm still grateful for any more donations. Movember is a full month and I have set a goal to run 120 Kms by Nov 13. I'm right on track at 70 now.

If this cause resonates with you, please give generously at https://movember.com/m/perunnial

"Thank yous" to my friends Garrick and Charm for donating again to Movember's cause today. They are both repeat supporters and one of them is abroad. This is a reminder that charity knows no boundaries as support for men's health should be universal.

Just now, I doubled my running and walking distance goal for this month, from 60km to 120km - 2km for each of the 60 men we lose each hour of each day.

Thank you Maggie for supporting the Movember movement! Our relay was not in vain! :-) If our effort inspires you, would you consider a small donation on my Movember page? A buck or two for every mile or kilometer would go a long way in this campaign to raise funds that target men's health.

Yesterday, Tiff and I ran the #northburnabyrunners #momiler #relay , logging a collective 7.27 miles or 11.7 kms. If the #movember cause of raising money and awareness for men's health resonates with you, could you support us by donating $2 a mile or km? Kudos in advance and to friends who contributed. @moustachemiler

Thanks to my colleague and Toastmasters friend Victoria for supporting my cause today! On a side note, I added 5.6K to my tally today.

All set up and ready to raise money for this worthy cause! Thank you for your generosity. Thank you for helping me reach my $500 goal. I've kicked this off with a personal donation on my race website.
