62km travelled, £500 raised for charity, 18lbs/8kg weight lost, shin splints: hurting.

Thank you so so much to everyone donating and sending motivational messages.

The exercise doesn't end here, someday I will run a marathon for my late mam, who passed of lung cancer this year. That marathon run may not be 2025, but movembers helped me launch onto the long road ahead to get there.
