Our Motivation

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember we are joining them.

This November, the staff and 6th form students at The Buckingham School are proudly taking part in Movember — a global movement raising awareness and funds for men’s health, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention.

It’s a stark reminder of how important it is to start conversations, raise awareness, and support vital research that can save lives.

As a staff body, we’re coming together to make a difference.

All male staff members will be growing moustaches throughout the month to spark conversations and raise awareness.

All staff are encouraged to move 60km in November, representing the 60 men lost to suicide every hour worldwide or taking on a challenge of their own!

We’d love your support — whether that’s through donations, spreading the word, or simply joining us in raising awareness. Every small action helps make a big change.
