Day 6 ‘Mogress’.

Day 6. 180 press-ups and 180 sit ups completed. Not sure what sort of Mo to go for, so still growing the stubble all over for now.

Wednesday 60 press-ups, Thursday 60 sit-ups and this morning another 60 Press-ups. I'm going to have a chest like pop-eye at the end of the month. But it is worth it, exercise is a great resilience tool in terms of mental health. Even just a walk.
