Our Motivation

Movember and ourselves are encouraging men to become more aware of their health, to talk about the big stuff in life, and take action when health issues arise.

In 2021 we completed a climb of Snowdon in really challenging winter conditions.

In 2022 we took on the fan dance over the Brecon Beacons.

This year on the 25th November we are tackling the Yorkshire 3 Peaks.

Yorkshire 3 Peaks is a 39km long trek across The Yorkshire Dales and involves 5000ft of vertical ascent. We have set ourselves a target completion time of 12 hours.

WHY MOVEMBER MATTERS:
Mens Health isn’t talked about nearly enough and a growing number of men – around 10.8M globally – are facing life with a prostate cancer diagnosis. Globally, testicular cancer is the most common cancer among young men. And across the world, one man dies by suicide every minute of every day, with males accounting for 69% of all suicides.

Any donations to this brilliant cause will be greatly appreciated by following our link.

THANK YOU AND BRING IT ON!

Previous year's posts

Hey!

Thank you for signing up for Movember 2022, it's awesome to have you back! Last year you were one of our top teams and we can’t thank you enough for your amazing support!

Your fundraising means we were able to invest £5.7M million in Scaling What Works; a grant fund that aims to supercharge mental health initiatives that have shown promise in improving mental health and wellbeing for young boys and men.  You can find out more about the 7 UK projects on our website.

If there is anything we can do to help make this Movember a success, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Mo Love,
Stef, Mo HQ
