To help new dads navigate the ups and downs of becoming a father, Movember has launched a podcast, Dad in Progress. Brought to you by Movember and The Betoota Advocate, and hosted by fresh-to-fatherhood Raph, Dad in Progress is a deep-dive into the challenges, life changes and cherub-cheeked joys of new-dad life.

The podcast aims to help dads deal with some of the stress they feel by listening to the experiences of other men in a similar situation. Each episode of the five-part series homes in on a theme, from relationships with partners, friendships, work and mental health. Join Raph, his mates, experts and celebrities on the journey of a Dad in Progress.

If you or a mate are seeking help , call Lifeline on 13 11 14 for support at any time of day or night.
