Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

On November 15th, I’ll be competing in HYROX Chicago — a global fitness race that combines running with functional workout stations like sled pushes, rowing, burpees, and lunges. It’s considered one of the toughest tests of all-around endurance and strength, and for me, it’s more than just a competition.

This year, I’m racing in honor of one of my best friends, Adam Kattoua, who tragically passed away earlier this year. Adam was the kind of person who lit up every room he walked into. His loss is a painful reminder of the silent battles so many men face — battles that too often go unseen and unspoken.

I’ve chosen to dedicate my HYROX race to raising awareness and funds for men’s mental health and suicide prevention. The reality is sobering:

In the U.S., men die by suicide nearly 4 times more often than women.

Suicide is a leading cause of death for men under 45.

Despite this, men are far less likely to seek help or talk openly about their struggles.

By supporting this cause, we can help change that. Donations go toward organizations that provide crisis support, fund mental health programs, and create resources that encourage men to open up and find the help they deserve.

Every stride, every rep, and every ounce of effort I put into HYROX is for Adam — and for the millions of men who are fighting silent battles every day.

I invite you to stand with me. Together, we can raise awareness, fund life-saving initiatives, and most importantly, remind men that they are never alone.
