This month, we, The MacPack, are doing it for our bros.
Whether you're bound by blood, bound by friendship or simply bound by being battling the day to day, we just want you to know YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men and too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.

We’re very proud to be doing a small part to advocate for a cause that we have seen effect people both near and far in our lives. During the month of November, the three of us will be completing 180kms (60kms each) of walking & running! In addition to straining ourselves physically, we’ll also be flexing our moustache muscles to see what sort of terrible facial hair setups we can produce.

It would mean plenty for us if you could find it within yourselves to hit donate, leave your name & a message (if you’re comfortable) as we strive to hit our rather modest donation target of $600 total.

On behalf of Jake, Joe & Riley we want to make sure it is well known that each and everyone of our doors are ALWAYS open, for men and women alike to message/call/pop round and have a conversation about any issues that may be causing distress or anxiety.
