My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I Mo in memory of my Uncle Jeff, who passed from testicular cancer before I was born.
I Mo in honor of my grandfather, “Pop,” who beat prostate cancer twice and lived to 94.
I Mo for my stepdad Dennis, who’s still here today after winning his own fight with prostate cancer.

But I also Mo for the men who are still battling silently.
The ones who feel like they’re falling apart inside, but still show up every day like everything’s fine.
The ones who don’t talk about how tired they are, how disconnected they feel, or how much they’ve let themselves go.

This isn’t just about raising money.
It’s about raising the standard.

I coach men to rebuild their bodies, reclaim their energy, and take control of their health, mentally and physically, so they can become the leaders, fathers, and husbands they’re meant to be.

If even one man feels less alone because of this movement, it’s worth it.
