My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I Mo for the men who never ask for help.
The ones carrying the weight of their careers, families, and expectations, while quietly falling apart behind the mask of “I’m fine.”

The ones who don’t talk about how tired they are, how disconnected they feel, or how far they’ve drifted from the man they know they’re supposed to be. Because I’ve been that man.

I know what it’s like to grind yourself into the ground chasing success, only to look in the mirror one morning and not recognize the guy staring back.

That’s why I Mo: to remind men that strength isn’t silence, and that taking care of your body and mind isn’t optional.

But I also Mo for the ones who came before me.
For my Uncle Jeff, who lost his fight with testicular cancer before I was born.
For my grandfather, “Pop,” who beat prostate cancer twice and lived to 94.
For my stepdad Dennis, who’s still here today because he caught it early.
And for my father-in-law, who began his fight after catching it early too, proof that awareness and action save lives.

They represent the fight that brought me here, but the men I coach represent the fight that keeps me going.

Because this isn’t just about raising money.
It’s about raising the standard.

If one man feels seen, supported, and strong enough to take the first step, in his health, his mindset, or his life, then it’s worth every ounce of effort.
