My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I lost my best mate to mental health and suicide in 2016, so I'm using my stupid face to raise money for men's mental health and suicide prevention.

This year I'm calling my mo THE STRUGGLE! I'll be starting by the book and going clean shaven on the first, so you can all see why I've given myself a head start in the past!!

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
