Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

Let's stop men from dying too young! Let's encourage the men in our lives to live a healthy and long life!

I am honored to serve as a MOVEMBER AMBASSADOR for the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota. We will elevate the great things that are happening in regards to men's health because of the collective efforts of MO BROS and MO SISTAS through the MOVEMBER FOUNDATION.

Men's health is critical! I grow this MO in memory of men whom I loved and to honor friends and family fighting difficult physical and/or mental health challenges.
Those who've gone before -
> David, my dad, who suffered with depression.
> Mentor Jerry who died from prostate cancer.
> Grandfather Sven Julius, who suffered from prostate issues and depression.
> Navy Chief Scott Cross who fell to depression.
> Many other family, friends, and coworkers who have or are facing difficult health battles.
> An educator (wife and 3 children), recovering from pervasive prostate cancer.
> A father of three taking on a wave of cancer after surviving testicular cancer years ago.
