My motivation

It seems like the emotional tail of COVID has been long, and the world has changed but what hasn't is the growing crisis of men's mental health.

Whilst I and the majority of my friends are incredibly lucky, some have really struggled, myself at times included.

Male suicide is still to high particularly in those under 45, we need to do better! That's why this year I shaved of my magnificent beard and twirled moustache and will be starting from a nude chin and lip.

Please help me in making a little step towards us doing better for men's health.

So it begins, my beard and moustache removed, I feel so naked and it's weird seeing my chin again, as the month goes on I will be trying to keep up with regular photos to show what will hopefully be a quick-to-grow moustache take the place of my naked top lip.
