My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

In recent years the causes that Movember strive for have increasingly resonated with me. The number of men I know who have dealt with or are dealing with serious health issues has increased and so this year, rather than just quietly supporting those close to me , I am joining the Movember campaign in order to contribute to men's health in a more far-reaching way.

I am educating myself more so I know how to better support my loved ones and would love to help increase awareness and raise money for the services provided by Movember and partners so that the loved ones of many others can benefit too.

I will be leading a Mo-Row campaign across November with all profits from my Fluid Fitness in-person and online indoor rowing classes being donated. You can book these through my website www.fluidfitness.fit.
I'll also be taking on a personal challenge of 60 x 6km for the 60 men lost to suicide every hour across the world. Anyone is welcome to join me in either part of the fundraiser - if you'd like to sponsor my challenge please donate here, or email me at susan@fluidfitness.fit re joining in all or part of the 60 x 6km. Your challenge can be whatever suits you - building up to your first 6km or improving your speed over 60 seconds - whatever you choose I'm here to advice and support.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
