My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Hello lads, this year I will be supporting Movember again donning a shocking stache. Last year I managed to raise £380 which was amazing and can’t thank everyone enough!!!

For me, I have struggled massively with my mental health and actually became very lost and scared. As a result of this, I spoke out and sort help, and was diagnosed with OCD and anxiety. This was very scary, but also a massive relief as I could finally put a name to my illness after months of uncertainty. I am still recovering but taking the necessary steps to a better, happier life!

This is why the Movember charity is so important and amazing. It allows men who feel like they can’t speak about their problems the opportunity to say what’s on their mind, and be welcomed with open arms without feeling judged.

This year, I will be raising as much as possible while attempting to run 60 km throughout the month for the 60 men we lose each hour of every day. Supporting this charity is so so important and I can’t wait to do it again this year.

The razor is gone and the stache is out. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
