Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.

As a 24-year-old New Yorker, I’ve seen too many friends and men in my life struggle in silence with their mental health. I’m running the NYC Marathon with Team Movember because I believe in breaking that silence. This cause hits home—it's about showing up, pushing limits, and proving that vulnerability is strength. Every mile is for the men who think they have to go it alone. I’m here to say: you don’t. We’re in this together.
