My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Men's mental health is so important to me from my own struggles, the same struggles of my friends, and those who are sadly no longer with us.

This Movember I will be doing a series of challenges to raise money for a great cause and to personally test myself;

For every £1 raised I will do 1 press up (I haven't done a pressup in 2+ years)

£500 raised I will run a half marathon

£1500 raised I will run a full marathon

£3000 raised I will do the 4x4x48 challenge (4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours)

£5000 raised I will shave of all of my hair, body, head, you name it.

For context, I have ran 3x5km's in the last month and haven't ran over 10km since March, so if you want to donate to a great cause and put me through my paces, now is your chance.
