My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Having lived with depression and anxiety pretty much my whole life and gone through a breakdown I know first hand how essential the conversation and education around mental health is for young men.
I also have friends and family who's lives have been touched by mental health issues, prostate cancer and testicular cancer so raising funds and education around these areas is so important for me

How I'm
getting involved
Medway Rugby Tashe Tickles
Team captain Jamie Settle
£5,381 Team funds raised

walking
22.64 kilometres
over Movember I'll be walking 60 km to represent the number of men who globally lose their lives to suicide every hour.

Twas the night before Movember, when all through the land,
Not a whisker was stirring, not one single strand.
The razors were readied by the sink with care,
In hopes that a smooth-to-be face would soon be there.
The Mo Bros and Sisters were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of Mo glory ran through their heads.

Yes folks, the hairiest month of the year begins TOMORROW!!

Hopefully all the plans for your team’s campaigns are in place, and if not – there is still time to recruit, make plans and build hype. Last year the sports challenge made a serious impact, and we’re gonna do it all again this year.

BE THE DIFFERENCE IN MOVEMBER 2024!
