Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Physical health, mental health, it's all #menshealth. I'm fundraising to help the men in my life, whether I know them by name or not, feel more comfortable seeking the help that they need, whether it is medical or mental help. I'm hoping to spread the message that it's okay to not be okay and we are all in this together and, as they say, no man is an island.
