Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention
Prostate cancer

I’m swimming 60 lengths a day for the 60 men that take their lives every hour globally. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young. Thank you for your support with my Movember challenge this year. As ever it is always so appreciated and helps keep me going when the challenge get tough
