Bydd yr arian yn mynd tuag at geisio atal hunanladdiad ac ymchwil i prostate cancer a testicular cancer. Byddaf yn postio llunie unwaith i Dachwedd dod ac mae'r barf yn mynd! Os gallwch gyfrannu at yr achos yma, byddaf yn ddiolchgar iawn, Hunanladdiad yw un o brif laddwyr dynion o dan 40, ac mae angen mwy o ymchwil ac adnoddau er mwyn helpu dynion deall bod e'n iawn i ddim teimlo'n iawn, a bod siarad am eu teimladau yn hollol normal. Hello everyone, this year I will be shaving my beard and growing a moustache to raise money for Movember! The money will go to help suicide prevention and research into prostate and testicular cancer. I will be posting pictures once November starts and the beard is gone! If you could donate to this cause, I would really appreciate it. Suicide is one of the biggest killers of men under 40, and more research and resources are needed to help men understand that it's okay not to be okay, and to speak about their feelings. If you could donate, you'd be helping a great cause. Diolch!
