This Movember, I'm growing a mo (although the harder part will be shaving off my beard in the first place) to raise money and awareness of men's health.

Whether it's male suicide, mental health, prostate or testicular cancer, men don't talk and share anywhere near enough. So for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives, this mo is for you.
