My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm taking part in Movember this year for a couple of reasons that are very close to my heart.

Firstly, to support a good friend who's currently going through testicular cancer. Seeing someone you care about face something like this really puts things into perspective and reminds you just how important awareness, research and support are.

Mental health and suicide prevention are also incredibly important to me. I've sadly lost a good friend to suicide, and it's something that stays with you.

I know how easy it can be to bottle things up, put on a brave face and pretend everything is fine when it isn't. But talking to someone, checking in on your mates and being there to listen can make a real difference.
I'm doing Movember to raise awareness, start conversations and hopefully raise some money for causes that genuinely mean a lot to me.

You don't have to deal with everything on your own. It's okay to talk, and it's okay to ask for help.
