My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Testicular cancer

I’m taking part in Movember to raise awareness for men’s health — something that’s not spoken about enough, especially in the construction industry. It’s a male-dominated world where most lads just get on with it and don’t often open up about how they’re feeling or get things checked when something’s not right.

This cause means a lot to me personally. One of my best mates was diagnosed with testicular cancer, and thankfully, he beat it. Seeing what he went through really made me realise how important it is for men to look after themselves — physically and mentally.

So this Movember, I’m flying the flag for men’s health — starting conversations, breaking the silence, and reminding everyone to check their balls… or at least check in on a mate
