My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this will be my second year signing up to ‘grow a mo’ I feel it’s a good thing to increase awareness in order to make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. I am still really shocked as to how many men are dying too young and feel by supporting Movember, who do amazing work, we can make improvements and help to reduce these numbers and help men globally to have a fantastic and healthy long life.
