Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young

I lost my cousin, Roy Brown, to suicide in 2024. I also lost an uncle to suicide in 2016. I lost a lot of friends to suicide as well… men are overlooked in the mental health department and it leads to suicide. The statistics prove it. I want to end the stigma, men aren’t weak for getting mental help or saying “I’m not okay”, it’s brave and courageous for them to do that. YOU MATTER and if no one is there to love you, I’ll be the first.
