I can’t grow a proper moustache – so I’m running the Hackney Half for Movember instead!
As a Black African man who's faced mental health challenges, I know how hard it is to speak up. Movember tackles men’s mental health, prostate and testicular cancer, and suicide prevention. Every minute, a man dies by suicide.
