My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I've always struggled with my mental health, and it’s something I continue to navigate. A few years ago, during a short stint of therapy, my therapist suggested I get assessed for ADHD. In March of last year (2023), I was diagnosed with exactly that—ADHD. Suddenly, so much made sense.

The sleeplessness, low self-esteem, and anxiety/depression I’ve battled are comorbidities of ADHD.

I was fortunate to have a great upbringing, and my parents, unknowingly, were helping me manage my ADHD all along, guiding me in the right direction. I also found ways to self-manage when I stumbled into my dream job 11 years ago. As an estate agent, the daily unpredictability keeps my hyperactive brain engaged.

I’m fortunate to have the support of my amazing wife, friends, and family. When the noise in my head becomes overwhelming and negative thoughts creep in, I have people to turn to who remind me I’m needed.

But not everyone has this experience — not just with ADHD, but many men out there who feel like they have no one to turn to.

That’s why I’m raising money for those who feel voiceless, or like they can't use their voice. Help is available — you just need to ask.
