My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I lost my dad to suicide in February 2022. It was completely out of the blue with zero warning.

So many men suffer and bottle up their feelings and emotions, because historically it is just the done thing. We have to change this!
It is vitally important we raise awareness of mental health for all men but especially in over 60’s as with my dad you put on a brave face and carry on until one day you break!

Please do donate what ever you can to help provide support services for men who need it.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health.
