Hi, team!

What is Movember?

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them, so that we can make a difference for men's health, especially in the area of mental health and suicide prevention.

My goal:

My goal is to raise awareness for those men among us who are suffering from mental illness, silently, so that they know they are not alone and they have the resources to help them realize that they are needed, wanted and loved.

This October/November, I will be doning a mustache and running hundreds of miles and culminating with the NYC Marathon, in the hope that people ask me, Why are you so creepy? Why are you running in 3” women’s run shorts? So that I have the opportunity to tell them that some men are suffering, silently, and need our help to speak up when they feel they can’t; to show them that they are special and the world needs them.
