My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Last year, I had the “pleasure” of proving all those who say running marathons is bad for you right—when I sustained a grade four stress fracture in the neck of my femur. I was just four weeks away from running my tenth marathon in Napa Valley. After several months on crutches, followed by a cane and plenty of physical therapy, I’m finally back to running again!

Before the injury, I had signed up to run the Chicago Marathon with a goal of raising $2,500 for Movember. Luckily, the amazing folks at Movember kindly let me defer my entry to 2025. Now I’m back, and ready to run!

Almost everyone has dealt with mental health issues at some point—including myself—yet it’s still something many of us struggle to talk about. One of the ways we can change that is by speaking up.

Your support won’t just help me get to the finish line—it will help thousands of others who feel like getting through each day is their own personal marathon.

No donation is too small (or too big!). Thank you so much for anything you’re able to give.

Thank you all so much! With all of your help I've been able to hit my initial fundraising target a week before the deadline! Donations are still gratefully appreciated and will truly help the fantastic work done by Movember . See you on November 6th!

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
