Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I joined Movember after a podcast guest challenged me to do it in 2020. That challenge, also came on the heels of two family member's being diagnosed with prostate cancer. I lost both of my grandfather's to prostate cancer, and this cause means a lot to me.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
