More importantly, though, these silly hair growths prompted some really important conversations about mental health and men's cancers. This has been the key thing. If we have a lump or a bump, or something isn't quite right, we must speak up and get seen. Mentally, if things are weighing you down, there are people there to speak to, there are people who can and will help. I'd like it to be known that no job is too important to me to put off a conversation with any of you, my friends, if ever you want to reach out and chat. I'll even shave off the mo so I don't look so scary :)
