My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Having suffered from depression I know how hard it is to first ask for help and second know there is not a quick fix. With the help and support of many I am now fit, healthy and completely off medication. Every year i grow a moustache for Movember, but never raise any money to help awareness and help others.....but this year is different..... Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
