My motivation

Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Working in a fast paced environment like a high performing restaurant kitchen is stressful, and has been a big motivator behind raising awareness for our own mental health here at Cupitt’s Estate, and within the wider community. It’s okay not to be okay. But it’s not okay to ignore the issues and it’s time to create change within our circles of connection.

With nearly all suicides in Australian men deemed to be preventable, there is a lot of work to be done in showing men of all ages within our community that they have a space to be heard, and they are not alone in their struggles. It’s time to change what it means to be a man in Australia.

Together, with your help we CAN and WILL improve men’s health.. Get behind the Cupitt’s Estate kitchen Movember campaign, appreciate these handsome fella’s top lips and most of all, let’s help Aussie men live longer, healthier lives.
