My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. I need your help. Please donate to support men's health.

As someone who has experienced mental health issues throughout my life, particularly grief, depression and anxiety, it is important to me that I can spread awareness of this to help others who are going through this as well.

Suicide is the leading cause of death for men under 50, with only 40% of men being able to talk about their mental health, hence the need to remove this stigma surrounding the subject.

This year has special meaning with sporting heroes Ricky Hatton and Graham Thorpe both recently succumbing to their battles with mental health, so any money raised is in their memory.

I may end up looking a bit silly with my tache but as long as it gets people talking that's all I care about
