My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention
Men's health
Testicular cancer

Mental Health is so important to talk about especially in a time of rising bills and a war in Europe. Raising awareness for men of all ages to talk about how they are feeling can make the difference between a good day or a very bad day.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Slightly cheating this year and starting with some growth but it is all for a good cause

Donate as much as you feel comfortable and you keep talking to your friends, family and coworkers checking they are doing okay.
