Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Most Men still don't know how to communicate to others about their personal health and mental status comfortably. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in overall general, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

This is my third year participating in raising awareness and funds and I'm really pushing hard to get people involved. This year I am prepared to put my mouth where the funds are and if we can break $500 I will take on the DeathNut challenge on 9 December...
