I believe it’s time to change the conversation around men’s health. Too often, men's health issues go unnoticed and unspoken.

Growing up, many of us were taught that toughness means enduring struggles—both physical and mental—alone. It’s time to break that cycle. After all, it's not just about growing a moustache; it’s about growing a legacy of health for ourselves and our loved ones.

As a husband and father of three, I know my family needs me to be in tip-top shape. I need to take my health seriously to be there for them for years to come. Plus, as a father to a son, it’s my responsibility to lead the way for him to understand that taking care of his health is as manly as rocking a bold ‘stache.

Together, let’s redefine what it means to be a man and embrace our health without reservation.
