My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Its been 8 months since i came home to find a buddy who had struggled with his mental health in silence. Overwhelmed by the circumstances in his life, despite the support of friends, his children and his ex wife, he saw no way out and ended his life. No one should suffer alone. No one should have to say goodbye to their father/family/friend. Help me end the stigma that men who share weakness are lesser men.
Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
