I want to urge all the members of this team to not make this a one off. This is my 9th Movember and I find that so many guys do it once as a gimmick. Don't be one of them! I have raised £5700 over the years, in honour of my Dad (we lost him to cancer in 2015, but when I started Mo'ing he had beaten a different cancer). Keep at it, it's just growing hair on your lip for a month, it's easy!!
This photo is me with my Mo as Eleven from Stranger Things!

Thanks to Movember and Life of Dad for putting this team together. As I wrap up my 10th Movember, I took a look back to where it all began.

Grateful for the earned lines around my eyes and for the graying hair at the temples.

Grateful for a marriage pushing 20 years and two boys pushing their way to adulthood.

Grateful for the memories we have of my dad that we lost to cancer this year. Grateful also for the memories we have of three uncles that we lost in these last years as well.

Grateful for this annual opportunity to take stock of my own health and to encourage all the boys and men and my life to do the same.

What's up guys! Thanks for what you are all doing! This has been an impossible year for so many, so let's work hard to support men's physical and mental health this Movember!

Freshly shaven today, gonna let it go for The MO
Also organizing a Mo Music Monday or 2, singer/songwriter in the round virtual event(s). Be great to if fellow dads could tune in and/or help get the word out. I’ll make the events before the end of the week.
